Govardhan Group was established out of Central New Jersey. Our development team has 8+ years of experience, totaling 60 projects, bringing in over $100+ Million Dollars in real estate. These projects entail everything from building custom homes, too acquiring bank-owned portfolios. We pride ourselves in quality, efficient, and innovative work and all of our clientele, and investors can vouch for us, on our behalf.

Akash has been instrumental in the development and construction of well over $100 million of multifamily rental and condominium properties, as well as office and residential properties. His real estate career started in 2014 with the initial vision to redevelop homes in distress. Akash seeks to leverage his business and real estate expertise to make our world better. Akash founded Govardhan Group with this in mind – people matter more than profits.
